Max Verstappen has got pole position for tomorrow’s British grand Prix. The Dutchman had been struggling all weekend with balance issues in his Red Bull RB21 however a perfect lap was delivered right at the end of Q3 promoting his red bull from 6th to 1st by just over a tenth of a second from Oscar Piastri who had a big snap of oversteer out of the final corner in his McLaren on his final lap. Norris was third in front of his home crowd. He feels that both himself and McLaren teammate left a bit to be desired in qualifying however they are looking forward to the race. Russel was fourth and Hamilton who had been showing signs of pace in his Ferrari throughout the weekend was fifth. In Q1 Colapinto had a crash which now puts his Formula one career into consideration. Lawson also had a moment coming out of Stowe which knocked him out of Q1. It is all to play for tomorrow and with rain possibly forecast it should be one to remember at the home of formula one in Silverstone. Race start tomorrow is at 3 o clock however you may want to keep an eye out on British F4 at 8:10 in the morning and F2 at 11 am, both have Irish drivers in Fionn McLaughlin and Alex Dunne respectively.
